Kathy’s coaching approach honors each individual’s unique background,
strengths and goals. She uses a combination of assessments, exercises, and reflection activities to help clients identify their goals and create an action plan for achieving them. With a Ph.D. in Education and Human Resource Studies specializing in authentic leadership and a master’s degree in Counseling, Kathy offers a holistic approach to support personal and professional development.
